Do you just want to ski for a few days? Have limited vacation time? Want to warm up those ski legs for a longer trip? Then this long weekend is the trip for you!!! Come join Peggy and Janica for a fun-filled weekend at one of the best ski resorts in the world -- Beaver Creek! We are booked with United Airlines. Price includes transportation to/from Denver, a stop at famous Applejack Wine & Spirits liquor store for libations, a welcome reception, an après and our fabulous celebration dinner! Did we mention some of the best skiing in the Rockies with notorious ski conditions? Discounts on lift tickets and ski rentals are also available. If interested, you can ski at Vail for a day (lift tickets are interchangeable).

Lodging

For skiers and snowboarders alike, THE CHARTER compliments and completes the world class resort experience. Beaver creek is reminiscent of European resort skiing, and our hotel is no exception. Complete with a FABULOUS BAR AREA and RESTAURANT, this upscale hotel invites you to experience European charm! Rental shop on the property and ski-in, ski-out access via Elkhorn Lift right outside the hotel door.

Complimentary Health Club amenities including sauna/steam room plus indoor/outdoor hot tubs beckon your tired legs after skiing back to your room. Free Wi-Fi is available for those guests who “must stay in touch!”

A limited number of 1 and 2 bedrooms are also available.

One bedroom condos have a king bed and sleeper sofa.

Two bedroom condos have 1 king and 2 Queens/2 full baths.

Optional Activities

Vail Mountain Resort is only 15 minutes away and ski passes are interchangeable at both. So, spend a day at Vail, take the local express bus or the Turtle bus is available with advance notice.

Other activities that are available at The Village of Beaver Creek. Athletic Club & Spa Treatments, Backcountry Tours, Dog Sledding, Ice Skating, Snowmobiling, the Vilar Center for the Arts, Wildlife Tours, Snowshoeing, Snowmobiling & Horse-drawn Sleigh Rides. An ice rink is directly in the center of the village. Heated walkways and outside escalators are a plus!

The Mountain

Beaver Creek Ski Area: Experience the manicured slopes of Bachelors Gulch, the steep bumps on Grouse Mountain, and the intermediate skiing on the Rose Bowl, as this resort mountain offers a combination of luxury & spectacular skiing. The mountain contains a total 150 trails & 24 lifts, over 800 acres of groomed slopes, new high-speed quad lifts, the expert/advanced terrain of The Talons, the Village-to-Village ski experience and don’t forget the World Cup downhill course the Birds of Prey. GROOMERS !! Everything this mountain is famous for is yours to ski! After a day of skiing Beaver Creek, Arrowhead and Bachelors Gulch, stop at the base of the mountain and have a chocolate chip cookie that is served daily and then you can ski back to The Charter. After skiing here, you will understand the resort slogan

$250.00 per person with a completed and signed trip application.

Cancellation Date:
All cancellations must be received in writing by November 15, 2019.

Deposit and balance of trip costs may be paid with a major credit card. You will be billed later for the final payment. At that time you will be able to order lift tickets. To pay by Credit Card contact your trip leader for instructions. The Credit Card Authorization Form is available as a PDF download. A a charge of 3.3% will be made for credit card convenience.
