Optional Activities
Vail Mountain Resort is only 15 minutes away and ski passes are interchangeable at both. So, spend a day at Vail, take the local express bus or the Turtle bus is available with advance notice.
Other activities that are available at The Village of Beaver Creek. Athletic Club & Spa Treatments, Backcountry Tours, Dog Sledding, Ice Skating, Snowmobiling, the Vilar Center for the Arts, Wildlife Tours, Snowshoeing, Snowmobiling & Horse-drawn Sleigh Rides. An ice rink is directly in the center of the village. Heated walkways and outside escalators are a plus!

Prices are per person. Accommodations are assigned in order deposits are received. No space is held without a $250.00 per person deposit. Early commitments get first choice! All prices reflect a cash discount. There is a 3.3% convenience charge for credit card transactions.

Non-stop roundtrip flight from Tampa to Denver, bus transfers, ski-in / ski-out (via elk horn chair lift), welcome reception, discounted rentals and lift tickets, happy hour, complimentary Farewell Dinner.. and fun people!!

All cancellations must be received in writing by November 15, 2019.

Make checks payable to: Tampa Bay Snow Skiers and Boarders (TBSSB) and mail to Janica VanBrocklin, 610 Indian Rocks Rd, Apt 111, Belleair Bluffs, FL 33770.
Deposit and balance of trip costs may be paid with a major credit card. You will be billed later for the final payment. At that time you will be able to order lift tickets. To pay by Credit Card contact your trip leader for instructions. The Credit Card Authorization Form is available as a PDF download. A a charge of 3.3% will be made for credit card convenience.
